1. SIZING & FIT
How do the shirts fit? We exclusively use the Bella+Canvas 3001, which is a "Retail Fit" unisex shirt. It runs true to size, but it is slightly more tailored than a standard boxy tee.
Do you have a size chart? Yes! Please refer to the size chart located on each product page. We recommend measuring your favorite shirt at home and comparing it to our chart to ensure a perfect fit. If you prefer an oversized or relaxed look, we recommend sizing up one.
2. SHIPPING & PRODUCTION
Where are my items shipped from? All of our apparel is printed and shipped right here in the USA. We partner with Monster Digital to ensure your order is handled with professional-grade care.
How long will it take to get my order?

Production: 2–3 business days.

Shipping (USA): 2–5 business days.

International: 10–30 business days. Total wait time for US customers is typically 5–8 business days.
Will I receive a tracking number? Absolutely. As soon as your shirt leaves the facility, you’ll receive an automated email with a tracking link.
3. ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
Can I change my address or design after I order? To ensure the fastest delivery, our production team usually begins printing within 1 hoursof an order being placed. If you notice a mistake, please email us immediately. Once an order has reached the "In Production" stage, we are unable to make any further changes.
Can I cancel my order? Cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of purchase. Once the printing process begins at our facility, the order is locked and cannot be canceled.
4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy? Because each shirt is printed specifically for you the moment you order it, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "buyer’s remorse" or sizing errors.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do? We aim for perfection, but mistakes happen! If your item arrives damaged or there is a clear print error, please email us at sammyf.art2315@sammyflores.com within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
5. PRODUCT CARE & QUALITY
What kind of printing do you use? We use Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing. The ink is absorbed directly into the fibers of the garment, which keeps the shirt soft and breathable, unlike traditional screen prints that can feel like a thick layer of plastic.
How should I wash my new shirt? To keep your design looking vibrant and the fabric soft, we recommend:

Machine wash cold, inside out.

Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry.

Do not iron directly on the printed design.
Why does my shirt have a slight vinegar smell? This is a completely normal part of the professional printing process! It is an eco-friendly pre-treatment solution used to bond the ink to the fabric. The smell and any slight residue will disappear completely after the very first wash.
6. GIFTING & PACKAGING
Can I include a gift message? Our automated fulfillment system does not currently allow for personalized gift notes. However, we never include a physical invoice or price tag in the package, making our items perfect for direct gifting.
What does the packaging look like? Your order is shipped in a durable, weather-resistant poly-mailer designed to keep your apparel clean and dry during its journey to your door.
7. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Will I have to pay customs or duties? International orders may be subject to import duties or VAT depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
8. SECURITY & PAYMENT
Is my payment information secure? Yes. Our store is powered by Shopify, which uses industry-standard encryption to protect your data. We never see or store your credit card information.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
